On the complaint of Secretary Election Commission Umar Hameed, a First Information Report was

submitted against the PTI leader in Kohsar police station of Islamabad.


According to the report, Fawad warned the ECP, claiming that "those who will be part of the

caretaker government [in Punjab] will be pursued till they are punished".

In a tweet, Fawad later intended to "incite violence against the constitutional institution" and

"inflame people's sentiments," according to Islamabad police.
